Here's a HUGE collection of public domain cookbooks. I love some of the niches - especially the culinary herbs, the 'high class cooking', the pastry book... and the more morbid hospital cooking books and recipes for invalids.
Clean them up and republish them with awesome illustrations or decorations, or turn them into journals or planners with notes or calendar space. What about a calendar with wonderful daily vintage recipes!
